You will receive an order confirmation email and confirmed orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details over Email & SMS. Shipping Policy
We at Raahi Jewells value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Kerry Indev & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 - 12 working days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days. Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email
In an event wherein the customer wishes to alter his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either Whatsapp us at 8306026900 or Dm us on Instagram @RAAHI_JEWELLS or email us at raahijewells@gmail.com stating the order no.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out. Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
Return Policy
We have a 3 Day Return policy, which means you have 3 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 3 days.
- Mail us within 3 working days (raahijewells@gmail.com ) along with your order id & reason of return.
- Unboxing video is mandatory.
- Once you have mailed the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.
- Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service
